Thank you for using Merchant Statement Analysis’ products and services (“Service”). In accordance with these terms, we provide customers with merchant statement rate savings comparisons (or quotes). By using our Service, you are agreeing to these terms as well as the terms in the document entitled: “MSA AGREEMENT” which is available upon request.
PLEASE REVIEW THIS POLICY BEFORE USING THIS SITE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS POLICY, DO NOT USE THE SITE. BY SUBMITTING ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS POLICY.
Additional terms may become available with the Service, and those additional terms become part of your agreement with us if you use the Service.
Using our Service
All policies made available to you within the Service must be followed. The Service and content may only be used in the manner set forth by Merchant Statement Analysis.

Merchant Statement Analysis may send you service announcements, messages, and other information related to our Service.
Billing
By agreeing to the Service, you are expressly agreeing that we are authorized to issue you a one-time service charge at the time the Service is performed. Please note that prices are subject to change with advanced notice. All direct payment gateways used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. Please refer to the current documents entitled: “MSA AGREEMENT” and “MSA STATEMENT QUOTE PRICING” for more billing details.
PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR COMPLETED SERVICE.
How Our Service Works
Merchant Statement Analysis provides customers with merchant account statement comparisons via email showing what a merchant’s current credit card processing fees and optionally against a competing offer. Please refer to the document entitled: “MSA AGREEMENT” for more details.
Privacy and Copyright Protection
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. We also receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the e-mail address, contact information, and purchase history provided through the course of doing business. Your data and personal information remains yours, private and protected by applicable laws. All copyrights of your data and personal information remain in effect. Merchant Statement Analysis uses your data and personal information in the manner necessary to provide the Service. We may also use your personal contact information to inform you via mailings, emails, or newsletters about the MSA Service or the payments industry in general. Merchant Statement Analysis will not sell or share or publicly display your data or personal information to any third parties without your consent. If you wish your data or personal information be forgotten or you would like access to information we collected or no longer desire to use our Service, please notify us immediately. Please allow some time to fulfill your request. Merchant Statement Analysis uses cookies to provide security features, help identify users, gather general statistics, and to help improve the user experience while using the site.
Right to Information
By using Merchant Statement Analysis and its Service, you agree to submit the necessary documentation to provide the Service. Your submission of content, data, and personal information gives Merchant Statement Analysis permission to access and use such data in order to fulfill the Service. Merchant Statement Analysis does not archive merchant documentation but merely extrapolates the necessary information to provide the Service.

MERCHANT STATEMENT ANALYSIS DOES NOT WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE ANY RESPONSE, WORK, DISCOUNTS, OR SAVINGS RELATED TO THE SERVICES FROM ITS ASSOCIATES OR ANY OTHER COMPANY AND/OR PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL.
ALL OTHER WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY JURISDICTIONS, ASSOCIATES, OTHER COMPANIES AND/OR PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS WILL NOT BE ACKNOWLEDGED BY MERCHANT STATEMENT ANALYSIS, EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
Liability for our Services
WHEN PERMITTED BY LAW, MERCHANT STATEMENT ANALYSIS, AND ITS EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, AND AGENTS, SHALL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST DATA, REVENUE, FINANCIAL LOSSES, CLAIMS, LIABILITY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF MERCHANT STATEMENT ANALYSIS, AND ITS EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, AND AGENTS, FOR ANY CLAIM UNDER THESE TERMS, INCLUDING FOR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IS LIMITED TO TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICES, OR THE COST OF PROVIDING THE SERVICES TO YOU AGAIN.
IN ALL CASES, MERCHANT STATEMENT ANALYSIS, AND ITS EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, AND AGENTS, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGES THAT ARE NOT FORESEEABLE TO A REASONABLE DEGREE.
Business uses of our Services
If you are using our Services on behalf of a business or private individual, that business/person accepts these terms. It will hold harmless and indemnify Merchant Statement Analysis and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, suit or action arising from or related to the use of the Services or violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys’ fees.
About these Terms
